A four-of-a-kind ranks higher than a full house but below a straight flush.
Ranking Four-of-a-Kind Hands
When comparing four-of-a-kinds, the hand with the highest ranking 4-card set wins. If both hands have the same ranking four-of-a-kinds (possible in games with community cards), then the kickers are compared to determine the winner.
