Gutshot Straight Draw
An incomplete (drawing) hand with four of the five cards needed for a straight, missing one card in the middle. Also known as an inside straight draw.

In this example, the cards are 5-6-x-8-9 and you need a Seven to make a Five to Nine straight, making this a gutshot straight draw.
