A Texas Hold'em starting hand in which the two cards are one rank apart and are of the same suit.

When you play with suited connectors, you are looking to make a flush or a straight. Once in a blue moon, you may flop a straight or a flush, but usually, the best you can get is a straight draw or a flush draw.
The top suited connectors are Ace-King (suited) and King-Queen (suited).
